  Yes, Essora Jewels is a 100% prepaid store. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe and Paytm), credit/debit cards and net banking for secure payment processing.

Shipping & Delivery

  Where do you ship?
  We currently deliver across all states and Union Territories in India.

  How long does delivery take?
  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Kerala and 3–10 business days for the rest of India after dispatch.

  How can I track my order?
  Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered phone number or email address.

Products & Care

  What type of jewellery does Essora Jewels sell?
  We offer carefully selected gold-plated, anti-tarnish, fashion and traditional jewellery.

  Is the jewellery waterproof and anti-tarnish?
  Product materials and care requirements may vary by item. Please check the description provided on the individual product page and follow the recommended care instructions.

  How should I care for my jewellery?
  Keep jewellery away from perfumes, chemicals and excessive moisture. Store each piece separately in a clean, dry place when it is not being worn.

Returns & Cancellations

  Can I return an item?
  Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items. You must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order details and clear photos or an unboxing video.

  Can I cancel my order?
  Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is packed or dispatched, whichever occurs first.

  How will an approved refund be issued?
  Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
